Shilpa Vishwanathan is an accomplished governance professional advising boards and senior management on compliance frameworks, risk management, internal controls and regulatory structuring. She has worked across sectors including banking, NBFCs, fintech and startups.

She is Founder of Shilpa Vishwanathan & Associates, a Fellow Company Secretary, an MBA in Finance and a registered independent director with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. Her earlier roles include governance and audit assignments at KSR & Co. Company Secretaries LLP and experience with HSBC and ING Vysya Bank.

She currently serves as Chairperson of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Lakshmi Paramasivam

Lakshmi Paramasivam is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a practicing company secretary with more than 12 years of experience in governance, legal advisory and regulatory compliance.

Her practice spans secretarial audits, due diligence, corporate restructuring, FEMA matters, RBI and NBFC compliance, SEZ compliance and statutory filings including XBRL. She has represented clients before the ROC, NCLT and RBI and is known for practical, ethics-led advisory.

She currently serves as Chairperson of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee.
